Kerina Monori
Operations Director
Kerina joined Tranter Fire & Security in 2002 as Office Administrator and has taken on progressive roles as the Company has grown, now achieving the role of Operations Director.  Having worked in all areas of the business throughout her career she has in depth knowledge of all processes and systems, ensuring the smooth running of the Company.
Kerina loves time spent at home with her husband, daughter and her two Siberian Huskies, Kesha and Maya.  She is a huge fan of Formula 1 and never misses the Grand Prix action at weekends, supporting all the British drivers.
Likes: Lego, cooking and dog walks (as long as there is time for G&T in the pub afterwards)
Dislikes: Spiders, blue cheese and ironing
Neil Moore
Sales Director
Neil has been at Tranter Fire and Security for 20 years, he started as a Service Engineer and has worked many roles within the company on his journey to Sales Director. Neil is highly experienced in all fields of the business, his dedication to the company and customer service are second to none.
Outside of work Neil is a family man and enjoys spending time with family (if the kids are behaving😊) and friends. Neil is a supporter of the Leicester Tigers and can also be found on the Ashby RFC pitch albeit for the tamer version of tag rugby.
Likes: family time and enjoying a few sociable bevvies with friends.
Dislikes: being designated driver and alarm clocks.
Barry McArthur
Contracts Manager
Barry Joined Tranters 21 years ago as an install engineer and has recently taken on a new role as Contracts manager.
Outside of work Barry likes spending time with his family and is a fan of motor sports.
Likes – Days off and Retro Gaming
Dislikes – Buttons and the word “sizzle”
Adam Larwood
Estimator
Adam has been with Tranter since 2002, starting as an install engineer and then becoming office based since 2013 as contracts manager, recently moving to a role as estimator.
Out of work Adam is a keen sports fan (more spectating these days !) and can be found on the golf course at weekends😊
He also enjoys walking Ada (golden retriever) in the local woods and walks close to home. Adams dream is being an international footballer playing in the world cup final of 2026 for England!

Kellie Lowry
Office Manager
Kellie started at Tranter Fire and Security as Office Administrator in 2007 after completing her A Levels and has now achieved the role of Office Manager.
Outside of work, Kellie loves fun family time with her husband and 2 young children.
Likes – Coffee, holidays and Disney
Dislikes – Eggs, being cold & the dentist!
Sian Lily Adams
Accounts Assistant
Sian has been with Tranter for 5 years and started as office administrator. Sian showed an interest in accounts and is currently studying towards her AAT level 4.
Likes: Travelling & Spending time with Family
Dislikes: Brussel sprouts 😊
Shai Champaneri
Fire and Security Service Administrator
Shai is the newest office member and has now with Tranter for over one year. Shai is a bit of adrenaline junkie, once skydived at 21 thousand feet in New Zealand’s South Island Franz Josef Glacier. Shai also likes to produce/compose music on the weekends.
Likes – music gigs/festival/ video games & planning travel itineraries for friends & family.
Dislikes – wasps/bee’s
Balraj Bains
Office Administrator
Balraj is the Office Administrator and has been for over 3 years now, she joined us straight from college.
She loves to travel and explore new places, her dream holiday is the Maldives 😊
Likes: The Colour Pink and Spending Time with Family
